成立及早期（2011年–2015年）

2014年的 Hillside Festival

音樂風格

傳媒與樂評人形容Alvvays的音樂風格為電音音樂。根據Rankin的說法，樂隊主要集中在強烈的旋律上，而不是特定的風格。樂隊曲風受到The Magnetic Fields，　Teenage Fanclub,　Smiths,　Celine Dion,　Pavement,　the Primitives和Oasis所影響。另外，Rankin表示她從小就沉浸在凱爾特音樂的氛圍下，對她唱歌和作曲的方式有著明顯影響。
