布魯氏菌科（Brucellaceae）是根瘤菌目的一科细菌。布魯氏菌科下屬的細菌都是好氧細菌。該科下的部分細菌是土壤細菌，另外，一些該科下的細菌對人類而言屬於致病菌，可能使人患上布魯氏菌病[2]。
