Checking the ratio, 1734:2450 is about 4:5.65. This should, of course, be 4:5.5, but that's only about a 3% variance, so let's accept this as being roughly right, but not give too many significant digits.

   This image is 1,648x2,242 pixels. So, starting with width (1648/1734)*4=3.8016 inches, or about 9.8 cm. However, from the ratio check, we know that the numbers can't be as accurate as that, so let's call that 4" (10cm).

   Using the same sort of calculation, we get 2242/2450*5.5=5.033 inches for the height, which is about 12.78 cm. Rounding off, we get 5" (13 cm).
