僕人式領導(英語:Servant leadership)是一種領導理念,由羅伯特·基夫納·格林利夫(英语:Robert K. Greenleaf)(Robert Kiefner Greenleaf)所提出。其中領導者的主要目標是服務。與傳統領導不同,在傳統領導中的領導者主要關注公司或組織的蓬勃發展;僕人式領導則分享權力,將員工的需求放在首位,並幫助員工盡可能發展和表現[1][2]。
