攝政旗

在泰國，攝政（泰語：ผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์）是指當泰國君主無法行使職權或出現空位期時，代行其官方職權的人。

任命

根據2007年泰國憲法（英语：2007 constitution of Thailand），當泰國君主無法行使職權或沒有君主在位時，將會由攝政代行職權。

君主失去統治能力

1956年9月20日，詩麗吉王后在阿南達沙瑪空皇家御會館召開的泰國國會上宣誓，接受任命為她丈夫蒲美蓬·阿杜德的攝政。

根據2007年泰國憲法（英语：2007 constitution of Thailand），當君主離開泰國或因任何原因而無法履行職責時，他將會任命一名特定人士成為攝政，而泰國國會議長將會副署這項任命[1]。

但如果君主因為未成年或其他原因，並未或無法任命任何一名攝政，泰國樞密院將會向國會提名一位適合的人選。一旦國會通過任命，國會議長將會以君主之名，宣布該人選成為攝政[2]。

在君主或國會任命攝政之前，樞密院院長將會暫時代行攝政職責[3]。

憲法還明訂被任命的攝政，必須在就職前於國會進行就職宣誓[4]：

我，（攝政姓名），特此聲明，我將會效忠（君主姓名）國王陛下，並忠實為國家與她的人民履行我的職責，也將會真誠堅持和遵守泰國憲法。

空位期

根據2007年泰國憲法（英语：2007 constitution of Thailand），當王位出現空缺時，泰國樞密院院長將會暫時成為攝政，直到下一位君主上任為止[5]。

旗幟

依據1979年國旗法案，授予攝政一面旗幟。該旗幟為白色正方形，中央有泰國國旗盾徽，上方為神鳥迦樓羅，也就是泰國國徽[6]。

Pridi Banomyong 比里·帕侬荣 1941年12月16日[12] 1945年9月20日 接任潘·素坤出任摄政，阿提贴卸任后担任唯一摄政，直至1946年国王自瑞士回归[10]。1946年出任总理。
