杰基·奥姆斯（Jackie Ormes，1911年8月1日—1985年12月26日）是一位美国漫画家，也是第一位非裔美国女性漫画家。她是漫画《火炬布朗》（Torchy Brown）和《Patty-Jo 'n' Ginger》的作者。1985年12月26日，杰基·奥姆斯因脑溢血在芝加哥去世[1]。
