栖热菌属（学名：Thermus）為栖热菌目栖热菌科的一属好氧或兼性厌氧发酵型革兰氏阴性杆菌。直杆。发现于中性到碱性的温泉和热水加热器中，也发现于邻近高温池的天然水中。此属的模式种为水生栖热菌(Thermus aquaticus)。
