歐内斯特·巴克 FBA（Ernest Barker，1874年9月23日—1960年2月17日）^[1]是一位英国政治科学家，1920年至1927年期间担任伦敦国王学院的校长。^[2]

生平

巴克生于大曼彻斯特的伍德利（英语：Woodley, Greater Manchester）；先後在曼彻斯特文法学校和牛津大学贝利奥尔学院學習，^[3] 1898年，巴克擔任牛津默顿学院研究員、1909年到牛津大学圣约翰学院，又於1913年轉入牛津大学新学院。^[4]1920年，他短暫的在伦敦经济学院工作了一陣。^[5]就被出任了伦敦国王学院的校长，^[6]1928年，到剑桥大学任政治学教授，^[7]

1936年6月，他當選為自由黨委員會成員.^[8]1944年，被封為爵士。1958年，當選美國藝術與科學學院外籍名譽院士。^[9]

巴克於1960年2月17日去世。^[3]^[4]
