泰米尔全国联盟 （坦米爾語：தமிழ்த் தேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பு；ISO 15919:tamiḻt tēciyakkūṭṭamaippu; TNA）是代表斯里兰卡泰米尔少数民族的政党联盟。泰米尔全国联盟在2001年10月由一群温和的泰米尔民族主义政党和前泰米尔激进组织创立。泰米尔全国联盟促成了与反政府武装泰米尔猛虎组织的谈判以结束斯里兰卡内战[1][2]。外界普遍认为泰米尔全国联盟是泰米尔猛虎组织的政治代理人[3]。

历史

2001年10月，全锡兰泰米尔大会党、泰米尔联合解放阵线、泰米尔伊拉姆猛虎解放组织、伊拉姆人民革命解放阵线共同签署谅解备忘录[4]，并共同参与2001年斯里兰卡议会选举[5]。泰米尔国家联盟成立初期采取亲泰米尔伊拉姆猛虎解放组织的立场，支持他们的“自由斗争”，并承认他们是斯里兰卡泰米尔人的唯一代表[6]。

2008年，因不满政府的准军事组织和应对东部省的分裂，泰米尔全国联盟集体杯葛了拜蒂克洛区和当年的东部省省议会选举[7][8][9][10]。

自2009年起，泰米尔全国联盟一直呼吁对斯里兰卡军方在内战中犯下的战争罪进行独立的国际调查[11][12][13]。

2010年3月，泰米尔全国联盟放弃了建立一个独立的泰米尔国家的要求，转而提出通过权力下放并合并东部省与北部省的联邦制解决方案[14][15]。同月，全锡兰泰米尔大会党宣布离开泰米尔全国联盟并成立泰米尔国民阵线[16]。
