《烈日千陽》（A Thousand Suns）是聯合公園的第四張錄音室專輯，在2010年9月8日於美國、加拿大等地上市，並在9月14日於台灣發行。

距離上一張專輯《末日警鐘毀滅·新生》三年後，本專輯再度延續環保議題，並帶出反戰意識，專輯的靈感來自被稱為美國「原子彈之父」的物理學家羅伯特·奧本海默，在史上第一顆原子彈試爆時想起了印度著名史詩薄伽梵歌，引用所說出的一段名句：「If the radiance of a thousand suns were to burst at once into the sky, that would be like the splendor of the Mighty One」^[1]，因此這張專輯背後的意識比《末日警鐘毀滅·新生》更濃厚，是一張更高層次的概念專輯。專輯再度邀請多座葛萊美獎加冕的搖滾宗師瑞克·盧賓（Rick Rubin）擔任製作人，延續上一張的曲風。

專輯中的「The Catalyst」（催化劑）是這張專輯表達反戰意識之代表，同時是特別為美商藝電公司（Electronic Arts）的第一人稱射擊遊戲《榮譽勳章》所作的主題曲，其後更邀請全球熱愛音樂的高手來製作混音版。「Iridescent」（虹彩光輝）一曲被變形金剛導演麥可·貝選為（變形金剛3）的主題曲，成為聯合公園第三首被用在變形金剛的歌曲。「Blackout」（一片黑暗）一曲也被EA收录在其招牌足球游戏FIFA 11中。
