版权转让协议

版权转让协议（英語：Copyright transfer agreement）同意著作权人将作品的全部或部分版权转让给权利受让人。在学术出版中，版权转让协议是订阅制期刊获取论文排他性出版权的主要渠道^[1]^[2] 。在电子媒体流行的时代，版权转让受到了较多批评^[3]。开放获取是一种替代的模式^[4]。
