羅達菲

羅達菲（Dafydd Fell）（1970年5月14日—）是一名英國政治學家，專門研究台灣政治、兩岸關係，目前擔任倫敦大學亞非學院比較政治學教授、臺灣研究中心主任。 同時也是Routledge臺灣研究系列專書的主編，並在2004年協助成立歐洲臺灣研究協會(European Association of Taiwan Studies) 。

1992年畢業於利茲大學中國研究系，期間于1989年至1990年曾經到國立政治大學留學。他于1999年进入倫敦大學亞非學院政治系攻读博士学位，并于2003年开始任教。
