联盟、进步和民主（西班牙語：Unión Progreso y Democracia[29][30][31][32][33][34]；[uˈnjon, pɾoˈɣɾeso i ðemoˈkɾaθja]，简称UPyD，[upeiˈðe][note 1]）是西班牙的一个中间派政党，成立于2007年9月26日。该党奉行社会自由主义路线，反对西班牙国内各种形式的分离主义运动。该党成立之初，发展迅速，但近年来逐渐式微。
