阿迪拉·塞德拉亚（法語：Adila Sedraïa，1984年6月26日—），艺名英蒂拉（法語：Indila），是一位法国的R&B歌手及作词人。[1]
英蒂拉曾与很多法国歌手合作，例如Nessbeal、Rohff、TLF、Soprano和Youssoupha，并且与他们以及M. Pokora、Admiral T、DJ Abdel和Axel Tony共同创作。
英蒂拉的首支单曲〈Dernière danse〉于2013年12月发行，在法國唱片出版業公會單曲榜达到第二名。[2]歌曲MV也是首个YouTube播放量突破十亿的法语歌曲MV。[3]后续单曲〈Tourner dans le vide〉在法国榜单达到了前十。[2]
