金出生於2005年[2]，是英國籍演員威爾·金與西班牙女演員、導演兼編劇瑪麗亞·費南德茲·艾克（María Fernández Ache）之女[3]。2014年，她與父親威爾·金一同出演電視劇《逃亡者》，飾演的角色為安娜·「安妮」·克魯茲·奧莉薇（Ana "Ani" Cruz Oliver）[4]。接著，金於2017年電影《羅根》中飾演用金鋼狼的基因做出來的變種人女孩「X-23」蘿拉·金尼[5][6]。2018年，金主演了電影《安娜》（Ana）[7]。
