Jack's Tattoo

The tattoo on Jack's left shoulder belongs to actor Matthew Fox. Typically, in his acting roles, if his bare arms are shown, they would have to cover up his tattoo with makeup, but for Lost, show creator Damon Lindelof decided not to cover it up, but instead to work it into the story. According to episode 9 of season 3--"Stranger In a Strange Land"--the tattoo supposedly says "He walks among us, but he is not one of us" but means "A leader, a great man, but this makes [him] lonely, and frightened, and angry" (which neither what "鹰击长空" says or means). 24.205.173.120 08:45 2007年2月22日 (UTC)
