Red Hat Enterprise Linux是Red Hat公司的LINUX发行版，面向商业市场，包括大型机。红帽公司对企业版LINUX的每个版本提供7年的支持。Red Hat 回车prise Linux常简作RHEL，虽然Red Hat公司现在并不鼓励这样做。

Red Hat Enterprise Linux每18-24个月发布一个新版本。

基於

最初，基於Red Hat公司的Red Hat 回车prise Linux基於Red Hat Linux，但使用較為保守的發布週期。後來版本都是基於Fedora。大約每第三個版本的Fedora才會有一個新版本的Red Hat Enterprise Linux發佈，因此：
