 | Note regarding global bans （英文） The Wikimedians of Mainland China is closely related or directly controlled by individuals under Foundation global ban. Globally banned individuals are prohibited, either in their own capacity or as agents of others, from all editing or other access privileges in Wikimedia Foundation websites, platforms and activities. Additionally, a globally banned individual may not coordinate activity that results in the aforementioned situations on Foundation sites, platforms and activities, via others. Users may still join the user group and participate in the group's events, but should be aware of and comply with the Global Ban policies, and must not participate in Wikimedia projects in proxy of globally banned users. 有关全域禁制的通告 （中文） 中国大陆维基人用户组与受基金会全域禁制的个人（包括創始人）存在密切关联或受其控制。被全域禁制的用户被禁止参与或利用任何维基媒体基金会旗下的网站、平台或活动，不论这种行为是基于自己的意愿还是代其他人完成。此外，被实施全域禁制的个人不得通过他人间接参与前述网站、平台或活动。不论被禁制个人或他人是否认为这些参与行为有益，这些参与行为都因禁制而被禁止。其他用户仍可正常参与此组织或平台以及其相关活动，惟须注意遵守全域禁制方针，且不可代理被全域禁制的用户参与维基媒体相关平台或活动。 |
