Regarding what you asked at the Pump, is this what you are looking for: w:Wikipedia:Chinese interlanguage links?
Or are you talking about the occasional broken character (of the URL, hence article title, hence no content)? If so, it must be some Unicode or encoding problem, which I actually almost never experienced, using Win 98 or Wp XP (Traditional Chinese) with IE5/6 or Mozilla. According to the link you give, the text of the link should be 简 respectively 繁. However, in reality I sometimes find other texts instead of these, although at the moment I can find only one example - 简体中文 instead of 简 on 嚴重急性呼吸道症候群. I was wondering whether perhaps there were more 'standard' texts for these links apart from 简 and 繁; however, I now find that the problem usually is the lack of these links rather than a wrong one. - 简 = 简体中文 = 簡體中文 = 簡
- 繁 = 繁体中文 = 繁體中文
- Yes, those helpful tags are missing sometimes, because the other script-version may not exist yet. However, occasionally, 繁 or 简 will appear in the URL (hence in article title) as[.../繁] or [.../简] (fake subpage, only to distinguis between the script-versions with same characters). Otherwise, it is impossible to tell if the article is simplified or traditional unless you can read Chinese.

- Shizhao means, please register your robot, so the system can recognize the changes done by your robot and user can hide activities done by the robot. -- 石添小草 01:35 2004年3月2日 (UTC)

Dear Andre, there are also several robots running by sysops of other langauges, but they are not registered as user, that we are not sure if we can have these ip addresses got filtered. Please advice. -- 石添小草 09:24 2004年3月2日 (UTC)
- Andre doesn't have the authority to do it. You need a developer. The only one of our Chinese WP is Brion. Find those IPs/bot names, and go to Wikipedia:IRC聊天频道 and list them there. Tim Starling is usually around. You can ask him, or Brion if he's there. --Menchi (討論頁)Â 10:02 2004年3月2日 (UTC)
