我其实讲中文的... 但是呢，我发现到任何一个其他语言的国家，还是最好同时提供本地翻译（而不是仅仅使用英文）。原因详见我在这个页面上的这段回复：

I just realized even if it was very kind of you to offer discuss in English, after went through all other 4 languages botflag applications, I sort of realize I shall always give both my language and translated local languages in such discussion. The main reason is that because even if some editors on local wiki understands English (or language that an applicant know), discussing in a non-local will actually in practice restrict other local editors who doesn't speak English (or any non-local language) the ability to participate. And they should also have the right to join the discussion using their local languages. So from now on I will always keep German translation on DE wikipedia.
