上诉法院

上诉法院或上诉法庭（appellate court：appeals court；court of appeals (美式英语)；appeal court (英式英语)；court of second instance；second instance court），是审判机关类型之一，它是司法体系中负责审议下级法院的上诉案件。终审法院是最高的上诉法院。
