南极星鲨（学名：Mustelus antarcticus），又称南极貂鲨，为软骨鱼纲真鲨目皱唇鲨科星鲨属的一种，分布于东印度洋澳洲南部，从巴斯海峡、塔斯马尼亚岛经维多利亚省至西澳大利亚海域，深度0至403米，本鱼体细而延长，头平扁，上半部呈深灰色，有白色斑点，下腹部呈银白色[2]，上颚唇褶短于下颚唇褶，具板状牙齿，背鳍2枚，体长最大可达157公分，体重可达30.8公斤、寿命可达16年，栖息在沙底质海床，属肉食性，以多毛类、头足类、甲壳类、鱼类为食，利用板状牙齿帮助粉碎猎物的外壳和身体，以便更容易食用，成群活动，多半在夜间活动，雌鱼活动范围比雄鱼大，卵胎生[3]，交配期从11月到2月持续约3个月，妊娠期为11至12个月，胚胎的总长度可达30到36公分，雌鱼每次最多可产57尾幼鱼，可作为食用鱼及游钓鱼。
