史氏俯海鲇（学名：Cathorops steindachneri）为辐鳍鱼纲鲇形目海鲇科的其中一种，分布于中美洲太平洋岸的半淡咸水水域、海域，栖息深度可达50米（160英尺），本鱼体延长，吻突出，口宽具绒毛状齿，体黑褐色，腹部淡黄色，鳍膜黑色，体长可达36厘米（14英寸），栖息在沿海、河口区，属肉食性，以小鱼及无脊椎动物为食，可做为食用鱼。
