大卫·韦恩（英语：David Wayne，1914年1月30日—1995年2月9日）是一名美国演员，东尼奖两届得主。[1]
大卫出生于密歇根州特拉弗斯市，母亲在四岁时去世。在西密歇根大学学习了两年，然后在克利夫兰担任统计学家。于1936年开始在克利夫兰做莎士比亚相关剧演出。第二次世界大战开始时，韦恩自愿担任英国陆军在北非的救护车司机。当美国参战时，他加入了美国陆军。[2][3]
1948年，大约700人申请纽约新成立的演员工作室的会员资格，韦恩成为50名通过者之一。在电影中，韦恩最常担任配角，他被授予《八月楼茶馆》最佳男演员第二名，并被提名为《快乐时光》（音乐剧）的最佳男演员，后来在经典舞台喜剧《罗伯茨先生》[4]中演出主角。《M就是凶手》是其在演艺圈成名作。
