布尔杜博区（索马里语：Degmada Buurdhuubo）是索马里的一个区，[1]位于该国西南部的盖多州，[2]首府为布尔杜博。
恐怖主义组织青年党近年来在该地区开展活动。2011年11月4日，其部分成员绑架了10名地方的部落长老。[3]2012年1月6日，根据美国之音的报导，索马里媒体宣称由肯亚部队支持的政府军队正在向该地区前进，而青年党已从该地区撤出。[4]2014年3月，据报导，该地爆发了激烈的战斗，政府部队这一次在埃塞俄比亚军的帮助下，已让青年党撤出该地区。[5][6]
