乳酸锂 是一种化合物,化学式为C3 H5 LiO3 。它可由乳酸 和碳酸锂 反应得到,[ 1] 它可形成正交晶系 晶体,空间群P 21 21 21 。[ 2] 它和三光气 反应,可以得到乳酸-O-内酐 。[ 3] 它可用作前驱体制备Li4 SiO4 [ 4] 、Li4 Ti5 O12 /C[ 5] 等材料。
