威灵顿公学（Wellington College），或译惠灵顿公学，是英国的一所男女共学、寄宿制的公学，它在英格兰和威尔士慈善委员会注册为慈善机构[1] ，学校位于伯克郡克罗索恩[1]。其名来自第一代威灵顿公爵阿瑟·韦尔斯利[2]。它由维多利亚女王在1856年奠基，1859年1月29日开学。
除去英国之外，它还在中国有三个分校，即天津惠灵顿国际学校、上海惠灵顿国际学校与杭州惠灵顿国际学校。
历史
威灵顿公学在1863年以“威灵顿学院皇家和宗教基金会”（The Royal and Religious Foundation of the Wellington College）的名义获办学许可，1859年开学。第一任校长是爱德华·怀特·本森（后成为坎特伯雷大主教）。[3]
