福布斯“30位30岁以下精英”榜[1]（英语：Forbes 30 Under 30），又称福布斯年轻领袖榜[2]、福布斯杰出青年榜[3]或福布斯“30位30岁以下创业者”榜[4]，是每年由《福布斯》杂志发布的一系列名单，旨在以“改变世界的潜力”为标凖，选出30岁以下各领域具有创新精神与领导力的杰出青年[5][4]。美洲版选出20个行业各30人[6]，欧洲版和亚洲版选出10个行业各30人[7][4]，而非洲版选出共30人[8]。福布斯亦有以“30位30岁以下创业者”每年举行峰会[9]。

历史

2011年，福布斯公布首份“30位30岁以下精英”榜单[10][11]。在2016年，榜单得到了超过1万5千个提名，当中有600人分别在20个领域中胜出[12] 。1月19日，福布斯公布首份欧洲榜单[13][14]，在2月25日公布首份亚洲榜单[15]并在6月公布首份非洲榜单[16][17]。

福布斯亦有以“Under 30”之名开设网站上的频道和社交媒体应用程式[18]。根据《TheWrap》，频道主要为Y世代提供节目[19]。应用程式则是与Tinder合作，Tinder的创办人之一西恩·拉德曾获列入福布斯30位30岁精英榜[20]。

峰会

福布斯亦举办年度“30位30岁以下精英”峰会[21][9]。2014年和2015年的峰会在费城举行[22]，由莫妮卡·莱温斯基主持并发表有关网络欺凌的演说[23][24][25]，2016年和2017年的峰会则在10月于波士顿举行[26]。

2016年4月，福布斯举办首次EMEA国际峰会，并在耶路撒冷和特拉维夫举行[27]。其后，在5月，新加坡主办首个亚洲“30位30岁以下精英”峰会[28]。

批评

“30位30岁以下精英”榜被指偏颇，引发焦虑[29]。The Root（英语：The Root (magazine)）发现在首份榜单中，上榜的30名之中有29名是白人，没有一名是黑人或拉丁美洲人[30]。女性杂志ELLE南非版发现2014年榜单性别不平等情况，遂以“女性在哪里？”为题发布报道[31]。
