圣皮瑞旗（英语：Saint Piran's Flag，康沃尔语：Baner Peran）是英国康沃尔郡的旗帜。最早的有关康沃尔郡纹章旗（英语：Heraldic flag）的记述是在1838年^[1]。一些康沃尔人将圣皮瑞旗视为他们的认同象征^[2]。

圣皮瑞旗由来于5世纪时的康沃尔人修道院院长圣皮瑞（英语：Saint Piran）。15世纪时，圣皮瑞家族曾使用黑底白十字的设计作为纹章图案^[3]。

起源

最早的有关圣皮瑞旗的文献记录是戴维斯·吉尔伯特（英语：Davies Gilbert）在他的著作《康沃尔教区史》（The Parochial History of Cornwall）的如下文字：

圣皮瑞的纹章和康沃尔纹章是在黑底上有白色十字。黑色可能由来于矿石，白色可能由来于金属锡^[1]^[2]

吉尔伯特提到他认为康沃尔在1838年之前就已经使用了这一纹章^[1]。但吉尔伯特并没有留下他的研究证据，仅提到这来自于他的回忆^[2]。

在西敏寺的花窗玻璃上可看到最初的圣皮瑞旗图案。这一圣皮瑞旗揭幕于1888年，纪念康沃尔人发明家和工程师理查·特里维西克。这面玻璃在顶部描绘了米迦勒，以及九位康沃尔圣人^[4]^[5]。

用途

圣皮瑞旗经常装饰在汽车保险杠上，并且亦飘扬在康沃尔郡议会（英语：Cornwall Council）大厦等建筑的上空^[10]。圣皮瑞旗亦在圣皮瑞节（英语：St Piran's Day）等康沃尔本地的节日，以及康沃尔橄榄球联盟（英语：Rugby union in Cornwall）的比赛展示。圣皮瑞旗亦在全世界被用作康沃尔侨民的象征。许多机构和康沃尔本地的企业亦在标志中含有圣皮瑞旗的设计，例如循道宗的康沃尔教区。

在2012年6月的泰晤士钻禧庆典（英语：Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant）上，圣皮瑞旗和英格兰国旗、苏格兰国旗、北爱尔兰旗帜、伦敦市旗一同飘扬在皇家赛艇（英语：Gloriana (barge)）上^[11]^[12]。
