葡糖脑苷脂（glucocerebroside、也称:葡糖苷酯酰鞘氨醇(glucosylceramide)）是任何在其中的单糖头基为葡萄糖的脑苷脂。

临床意义

他们大多发生在非神经组织和高雪氏症中的异常积聚，其中葡糖脑苷脂酶(Glucocerebrosidase)缺乏或无功能性。
