(-)-桧烯合酶（(-)-sabinene synthase，EC 4.2.3.109）是用系统名称为“牻牛儿基二磷酸磷酸酶”（geranyl-diphosphate diphosphate-lyase）环化、(-)-桧烯形成的一种酶。[1][2]这种酶通过以下的化学反应进行酶催化。
这种酶的催化过程需要Mg2+。
