CD1a（Cluster of Differentiation 1a）是身上的一种人类蛋白质，由基因“CD1A”转译而成。

该蛋白属于CD1蛋白家族，为一种穿膜糖蛋白。CD1a与β2-微球蛋白共同构成的异源二聚体（heterodimers）称为“CD1a复合体”（CD1a complex），在结构上类似MHC I分子。两者都具有抗原呈现的能力，但CD1a主要呈现的是糖脂类，而MHC分子主要呈现的是多肽类。人类身上的CD1家族基因共有五个，且都集中排列在1号染色体上的某个区域。

临床意义

在抽烟的病人身上，“CD1A”在肺间质的表现会较为显著。
