《公報》（英語：The Gazette），中文全稱《美國專利商標局官方公報[2]》（Official Gazette of the United States Patent and Trademark Office[3]），英文簡寫為Official Gazette[4]，簡稱OG[5]，是一份由美國專利商標局（USPTO）出版發行的官方刊物，每周二出版，其中包括書目信息和在該期刊日期出版的每項專利或商標的代表圖樣。

該刊物創刊於1872年1月1日[6]，是《專利局報告》（Patent Office Report）的替代物[7]，分為《專利官方公報》（Official Gazette for Patents）和《商標官方公報》（Official Gazette for Trademarks）兩個分冊出版。專利公報創刊於1872年，每周出版一次，主要發布USPTO專利事務方面的官方通知[8]。
