別林斯高晉板塊是一個古板塊，構成今日南極洲板塊的一部分。其名稱來自俄羅斯帝國南極洲探險家法比安·戈特利布·馮·別林斯高晉。

該板塊存在的時限約是晚白堊世至古近紀，毗鄰瑪麗·伯德地東部。獨立的板塊運動停止於6100萬年前。邊界未明。
