四川華蝮（學名：Trimeresurus sichuanensis）也稱四川竹葉青蛇，其種加詞「sichuanensis」意為「四川的」。一種分布於中國西南地區的毒蛇，隸屬於蝰科竹葉青屬。
分類地位
本種2011年發表時，以本種為模式種建立了新屬－華蝮屬（Sinovipera）。[2]2020年發布的《中國兩棲、爬行動物更新名錄》也將本種歸入華蝮屬。[3]但是也有學者認為廣義竹葉青屬被拆分和新建的諸屬實際上是竹葉青屬的亞屬。[4]目前很多資料又將本種歸入竹葉青屬。
