始蛙亞目（學名：Archaeobatrachia）是兩棲綱無尾目的一個亞目，現存4科，是無尾目最原始的一類。
他們大多分布在歐亞大陸、紐西蘭、菲律賓及婆羅洲，且體型均不大。
