瓜氨酸化
瓜胺酸化(英語:Citrullination),也稱為去亞胺基化(英語:deimination),是一種蛋白質翻譯後修飾,通常由蛋白精胺酸脫亞氨酶(PADs)作用於蛋白質上精胺酸殘基形成瓜胺酸殘基。而游離的精胺酸由精胺酸脫亞胺酶(ADIs)轉化為瓜胺酸。[1]
