稀樹角毛藻（學名：Chaetoceros pauciramosus）是角毛藻屬的一種硅藻。呈四邊形的細胞內含有4-6個色素體，硅質化的殼面呈橢圓形，有硅質輻射狀肋紋延伸至殼套，肋紋之間散布孔紋。環帶分布有平行排列的肋紋，其間散布小孔。窗孔呈六邊形或花生形。角毛基部短且有並行融合現象，其上分布有4-6排縱向交替排列的細長形孔紋和小刺。鏈端殼面有一個中央唇形突。休眠孢子位於母細胞中央。初生殼面上有兩個錐狀突起, 頂生多個分叉, 分支末端呈尖刺狀結構。次生殼面有駝峰狀結構[1]。
