美國總統氣候特使（英語：U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate）為美國總統行政辦公室的內閣級別職位，在行政部門內享有能源政策和氣候政策方面的權力。總統喬·拜登於2021年1月20日正式創立此職位，首任特使為約翰·福布斯·凱瑞。現任特使為約翰·波德斯塔。
歷史
2020年11月23日，總統當選人喬·拜登宣布前美國國務卿約翰·福布斯·凱瑞將在他的內閣中出任總統氣候特使，隸屬於美國國家安全委員會[1][2]。
總統氣候特使的非正式稱謂為「氣候沙皇」。白宮此前也有一個類似的職位，即是卡羅爾·布朗納於2009年至2011年出任的白宮能源與氣候變化政策辦公室主任，但當時該職位偏重於協調政府的能源和氣候政策，與能夠對能源和氣候政策進行決策的總統氣候特使有別[3]。需要特別說明的是，總統氣候特使是國家安全委員會首個專責處理氣候變化問題、解決影響國家安全的氣候危機的職位[1]。
