賽·揚（英語：Cy Young，1928年7月23日—2017年12月6日），美國男子田徑運動員。他曾代表美國參加1952年和1956年夏季奧林匹克運動會田徑比賽，其中1952年奧運會獲得男子標槍金牌。^[1]
