頂枕溝（英文：Parieto-occipital sulcus），又稱頂枕裂（parieto-occipital fissure），是大腦皮層中一個較深的腦溝，是頂葉和枕葉之間的邊界，在大腦半球內側面也分隔了楔葉和楔前葉。^[1]^[2]^[3] 結構上，枕葉位於枕前切跡與頂枕溝間的虛擬連線的後方。^[3]^[4]

結構

頂枕溝大部分區域位於大腦半球的內側，只有少部分在外側可見。

頂枕溝的外側（右圖1）位於大腦半球「枕極」（occipital pole）前的5厘米處，長約1.25厘米。
頂枕溝的內側（右圖2）向大腦半球內部縱深，與距狀溝相連，位於胼胝體後部。^[2]

功能

許多神經成像研究顯示，頂枕溝與背外側前額葉皮層（英語：Dorsolateral prefrontal cortex）一同參與人腦的計劃/規劃（planning）活動。^[5]^[6]^[7]
