Cortana[註 1]（英文：Cortana） 是一個由微軟開發的智能個人助理，號稱「全球首款跨平台智能個人助理」。它可以設置提醒，無需鍵盤輸入即可識別語音，可以使用Bing搜索引擎提供的信息回答問題，並支持多種語言版本和多個平台使用。

小娜在2014年4月2日舉行的微軟Build開發者大會上正式展示並發布。2014年中旬，微軟發布了「小娜」這一名字，作為Cortana在中國大陸使用的中文名。與這一中文名一起發布的是小娜在中國大陸的另一個形象。「Cortana」一名源自微軟旗下知名FPS遊戲《光環》中的同名女角色。

2015年12月9日，微軟發布了iOS和Android版本的小娜。2019年1月起，Windows Phone 8.1版的小娜停止服務。適用於iOS、Android和Harman Kardon Invoke揚聲器的小娜在2021年2月停止服務。[6]2023年，隨着基於大型語言模型的Microsoft 365 Copilot的推出，Cortana正式被微軟停止支持。[7]

發展歷史

2009年，小娜的開發由Microsoft Speech產品團隊的總經理齊格·塞拉芬（Zig Serafin）和首席科學家拉里·赫克（英語：Larry Heck）開始。兩人為這個正在開發的微軟個人數字助理建立了願景、使命和長遠規劃，他們建立了一個具有專業知識的團隊來建立小娜的初始原型。[8]為了開發小娜，這個團隊採訪了幾位人類的私人助理。這些採訪激發了小娜許多獨特的功能，包括「記事本」功能。小娜的自然語言處理能力來自Tellme Networks（英語：Tellme Networks）（該公司於2007年被微軟收購），並與一個名為Satori的語義搜索數據庫相結合。[9]

Cortana這一名字來源於由微軟發行的第一人稱射擊遊戲《最後一戰系列》中同名的人工智能角色「柯塔娜（英語：Cortana_(Halo)）」[10][11]。該角色的配音演員珍·泰勒為小娜在美國的版本配音[12]。最初「Cortana」只是一個代號，但是在UserVoice（英語：UserVoice）網站上的一份請願書，證明這一代號很受歡迎，使得代號成為了正式的名稱。[13][14]

小娜的首次展示是在美國舊金山舉行的2014年微軟Build開發者大會上。是次大會於2014年4月2日至4日舉行，微軟全球副總裁喬北峰於該大會首日向公眾展示並發布了小娜這一產品。小娜的Windows Phone 8.1版本於同日發布。[1]微軟表示，小娜是革新Windows未來操作系統之計劃的關鍵組成部分[15]。2014年7月30日，微軟在北京舉行的Windows Phone 8.1 Update發布會上，發布了Cortana的中文版，並將其取名為「小娜」[16]。是年8月，微軟推送Windows Phone 8.1 GDR1開發者預覽版，中文版小娜正式上線，用戶通過長按搜索鍵即可調出該功能[17]。微軟在其中文網站上號稱其為「全球首款跨平台智能個人助理」[18]。

2015年1月，微軟宣布在搭載Windows 10系統的台式機和移動設備上推出小娜，作為將Windows Phone整合到整個Windows中的一部分。是年5月26日，微軟宣布小娜也可以在其他移動平台上使用。小娜的Android版本原定於2015年7月發布，但是它的安裝包文件在發布前被意外泄露了出來。2015年12月，小娜的Android和iOS版本正式發布。[19]然而，由於Android和iOS存在許多限制，所以微軟很難將Windows版本上的小娜與這兩個系統上的小娜完全整合[20]。在E3 2015上，微軟宣布還將在Xbox One上推出小娜[21]。

2018年2月3日，微軟聯同墨爾本皇家理工大學成立Cortana情報研究所，該研究所旨在研究消費者的日常行為，以發掘語音助手的未來潛力[22]。2018年8月15日，亞馬遜和微軟聯合宣布，亞馬遜旗下的另一款語音助手Amazon Alexa和小娜整合完畢，Alexa和小娜的用戶可以相互接入對方語音助手的功能，業界人士稱此舉是為了挑戰Siri等業界其他語音助手[23]。2019年1月，小娜不再為Windows Phone 8.1提供服務[24]。2019年1月，小娜在Windows 10中將和搜索功能「分家」[25]。

目前，除了Windows Phone 8.1外，小娜已可以在Windows 10、Windows 10 Mobile[15]、Invoke智能音箱（英語：Invoke_(smart_speaker)）、Microsoft Band、Surface耳機（英語：List_of_Surface_accessories#Other_accessories）、Xbox One、[26][27]iOS App、Android App、[28]Windows Mixed Reality和Amazon Alexa[29]等系統和終端上使用。截至2014年4月，小娜不允許為13歲以下的用戶所使用[30]。

微軟宣布，2021年初，iOS和Android上的Cortana應用將中止服務。[6]2023年，Windows上的Cortana停止支持。[7]

微軟已經將小娜整合到許多產品中，比如微軟將小娜深度地集成到了在Windows 10內置的Microsoft Edge瀏覽器[31]。用戶可以通過小娜在餐飲網站上快速找到營業時間，顯示網站的零售優惠券，或在地址欄中顯示天氣信息。在2015年微軟全球合作夥伴大會（現在的微軟Inspire（英語：Microsoft_Inspire））上，微軟展示了小娜與即將推出的產品（如GigJam，微軟的一個以屏幕分享為核心功能的工具）的集合。[32][33]微軟的「車內的Windows」概念中也出現了小娜。 在這一概念中，司機可以在去餐館之前，在車上通過小娜預定餐館和瀏覽餐館的內景[34]。

在2016年微軟Build開發者大會（Build 2016）上，微軟宣布計劃將小娜作為一個機器人整合到Skype中，用戶可通過小娜和其他機器人訂餐、預訂行程、轉錄視頻信息和預約日程[35]。從2016年開始，小娜還可以在Skype的對話中，自動識別並強調某些與聯繫人和公司有關的詞彙和短語[36]。

微軟還在Build 2016上宣布，小娜將實現在雲端同步Windows 10 移動版和桌面版的操作中心之間的通知[37][38]，以及來自Android設備的通知[39][40]。

2016年12月，微軟發布了一個名為Calendar.help的服務。在這一服務中，用戶將可以通過該服務讓小娜進行會議安排：首先，用戶在編寫電子郵件時，描述會議的時間、時長、方式、地點等；之後，小娜會幫用戶選擇日曆上合適的時間表，並留意對方的回覆動態；通過幾次的往返協商之後，小娜會自動在雙方的日曆上創建行程安排。這一技術由Genee公司開發，微軟於2016年8月收購這家公司。[41][42]

2017年5月，微軟與哈曼卡頓合作推出一款名為Invoke（英語：Invoke (smart speaker)）的聲控音箱。它內置了小娜的功能，採用了圓柱形設計、提供360度的聲音。用戶可以用它通過Skype撥打和接收電話，並使用小娜提供的所有其他功能。[43]

功能及內容

小娜可以設置提醒，無需鍵盤輸入就能識別語音，並且可以使用必應搜索引擎提供的信息來回答問題[44][45][46]。

小娜通過「記事本」（英語：Notebook）功能存儲個人信息，如興趣、位置數據、提醒和聯繫人。它可以利用並添加這些數據來學習用戶的特定模式和行為。用戶可以查看和設定收集哪些信息，以便對自己的隱私進行控制。[47][48]

小娜有一個內置的提醒系統，例如，用戶與小娜進行交互並進行相應設定時，它會在用戶到達之前設定的特定的提醒時間或地點時，提醒用戶與之前設定的聯繫人通信。[49]最初這些提醒僅限於安裝了小娜的設備，但自Windows 10以來，可以在設備之間進行同步提醒[50]。

小娜還內置有音樂識別服務[51]。自2014年10月推出Lumia Denim手機系列以來，小娜增加了「積極傾聽」（英語：active listening）功能，說「你好，小娜」（Hey Cortana）後即可喚醒小娜，進行操作。[52]小娜還整合了Foursquare等服務，提供餐廳和景點的內容推薦；整合了LIFX（英語：LIFX），用於控制智能燈泡[53][54][55]。從2016年底開始，小娜集成了微軟收購的奇妙清單，允許小娜添加和操作提醒。[56]小娜也可以解決數學方程，轉換計量單位，確定包括比特幣在內的貨幣之間的兌換率[57]，進行長句翻譯[58]等。

在Windows Mobile和Android上的小娜可以獲取設備的最新通知，並將它們發送到Windows 10設備上。計算機用戶可以在Windows行動中心中查看來自手機的通知。[59]如果搭載Windows Phone 8.1的設備有藍牙功能，它還可以與Microsoft Band連接，並通過小娜發出提醒和手機通知[60][61][62]。

彩蛋

小娜可以模擬骰子和拋硬幣的過程[63]。它還設置有一個彩蛋擴展資料庫，由一些預設的俏皮話組成。比如，當問小娜「你喜歡薩蒂亞·納德拉嗎」、「你喜歡史蒂芬·鮑爾默嗎」，或「你喜歡Clippy嗎」等問題時，小娜都會給出隨機且幽默的回答。比如，問出「你喜歡Clippy嗎」時，小娜會給出如「Clippy正在聚光燈外安享他的晚年」這樣的答案[64][65][66]；問出「士官長是誰」時，小娜會使用《光環3》的台詞「我是他的盾牌，我是他的利刃，我深知他，連同他的過去和未來」回復[67]。

2014年聖誕節前夕，小娜推出聖誕節主題，並在中國大陸解鎖「追蹤聖誕老人技能」[68]。

其他

小娜在Windows Phone 8.1上有一個「請勿打擾」模式，用戶可以在這種模式下指定一段「安靜時間」，該功能先前就已在Windows 8上推出[69]。用戶還可以更改設置，來自定義小娜稱呼用戶的名字或暱稱[48]。

小娜還曾正確地預測了包括半決賽在內的2014年世界盃足球賽淘汰賽階段前14場比賽的勝利者，但在季後賽中出現了錯誤。這一預測結果的正確率超過了章魚保羅，後者曾正確地預測了德國隊在2010年世界盃足球賽的所有7場比賽以及決賽。[70][71][72][73]小娜還可以預測其他各種比賽的結果，如NBA、NFL、超級碗、板球世界盃和各種歐洲足球聯賽等[74][75][76]。

小娜的更新獨立於Windows Phone系統，這使得微軟能夠以更快的速度提供新功能[77][78]。但並不是所有與小娜相關的功能都可以用這種方式更新，因為一些功能需要Windows Phone的更新服務和高通驍龍技術等[79]。

小娜的默認視覺表現形式基於兩隻相嵌的動態環形，其轉動的狀態象徵著當前的搜索或對話等活動。主要的配色方案包括黑色或白色背景，動態環形的顏色隨使用者對Windows的主題顏色而定。[80]

爭議

微軟在2016年4月底宣布，除了必應和Microsoft Edge之外，將禁止其他軟件使用小娜進行搜索，這引發了微軟反競爭行為的質疑與爭議[81]。2018年3月，兩位來自以色列的安全人員宣布，他們找到了一種利用小娜繞過電腦鎖定狀態並下載惡意軟件的方法。據報導，微軟在一次更新中使得用戶可在鎖屏狀態下使用小娜，安全人員藉此卻發現了一種捷徑，從而在未經允許的情況下進行更多操作。目前，如果用戶要求小娜在鎖定狀態下打開網頁，小娜將重定向到必應搜索。[82]

Engadget的一位作者批評了Skype與小娜的整合，並認為小娜只會對一些非常具體的關鍵詞進行回應，讓他感覺好像是在「與搜索引擎聊天」。比如說「Hello」（你好）時，必應音樂（英語：Bing Audio）的機器人回復了阿黛爾的同名歌曲。[83]小娜將用戶的搜索習慣、語音、聯繫人、位置信息等隱私上傳並存儲到微軟服務器的行為引發了爭議。雖然微軟曾表示不會把這些數據用於非法渠道，但這一行為還是讓部分用戶沒有安全感。目前的Windows 10當中亦可自由進行隱私相關的設置，由用戶自行決定「要隱私還是便利」。[84][85]Loop Ventures公司向小娜、Google智能助理、Amazon Alexa和Siri提出了800個問題，以測試這些智能助理的能力和實用性。但結果顯示，小娜的正確率最低，僅為52%；相比之下，Google智能助理的正確率為86%，Siri為79%，Alexa為61%。小娜的正確率在十五個月內提高的百分比也是最低的。[86]

地區語言

小娜在中國大陸的本地化，不僅體現在名字「娜」字取自Cortana的尾音「na」[87]，還體現在為其設計的新視覺形象「麵團」——一個帶有一雙眼睛的圓角矩形，這一形象酷似《超能陸戰隊》中的角色「大白」[88]。和默認形象有着很大不同。[89]微軟還為小娜內置了中文語音（文本）功能，使用普通話；並在功能等方面做了本地化，集成了對一些App的支持，如對微信、新浪微博、高德地圖、愛奇藝等應用，用戶可使用語音來命令小娜打開應用或進行操作。除了這些方面，大陸版小娜的其他功能與其他地區提供的版本類似。[87]而在臺灣[90]及香港、澳門等的Cortana因參考數據不足，無法提供使用者精確的回答，至今仍未開放[91]。

截至2016年，Windows、Android和iOS設備上小娜的英文版可供美國（美式英語）、加拿大（法語或英語）、澳大利亞、新西蘭、印度和英國（英式英語）的用戶使用。小娜還在中國大陸（簡體中文）、日本（日文）、法國（法語）、德國（德語）、意大利（意大利語）、巴西（葡萄牙語）、墨西哥和西班牙（西班牙語）等地區提供不同的語言版本。[92]其中，英國版的小娜說話帶有英國口音，會說英式英語和英國俚語[88]。小娜的積極傾聽功能在英文語境內使用「Hey Cortana」，但某些語言使用了定製版本（例如西班牙語使用「Hola Cortana」，中文則為「你好小娜」）。[93]
