S100蛋白（英語：S100 proteins）是一種脊椎動物的低分子量蛋白質家族，具有兩個鹼性螺旋-環-螺旋的鈣結合位點（EF手型）。已知有21種不同的S100蛋白^[1]。編碼這些蛋白的基因家族的基因以S100為前綴，如S100A1, S100A2, S100A3等。這一家族的蛋白也被視為是損傷相關分子模式（Damage-associated molecular pattern，DAMP）的分子。
