伊莎貝爾·卡西利亞斯·古茲曼（英語：Isabella Casillas Guzman）^[2]，美國政府官員、商業倡導者，在拜登政府中擔任小企業管理局局長（英語：Administrator of the Small Business Administration）^[3]^[4]^[5]。

生平

伊莎貝爾·卡西利亞斯·古茲曼生於美國加利福尼亞州伯班克^[6]，祖上在墨西哥革命期間從阿瓜斯卡連特斯州和哈利斯科州逃到德薩斯州，她是家族的第四代。她還擁有猶太人、德國和華人血統^[6]。1960年，古茲曼的父親從德薩斯州搬到洛杉磯^[6]。

古茲曼獲賓夕凡尼亞大學沃頓商學院理學學士學位。

2019年4月起，古茲曼擔任加利福尼亞州長經濟開發辦公室（英語：California Governor's Office of Economic Development）下轄小企業倡導辦公室主任^[7]，也在奧巴馬政府（英語：Obama Administration）出任小企業管理局局長副幕僚長^[8]。兼任洛杉磯ProAmerica Bank戰略計劃主任。

2021年1月7日，祖·拜登提名古茲曼出任小企業管理局局長^[9]。2021年3月6日，參議院通過古茲曼的提名^[10]。
