大衛·麥克布萊德（David William McBride，1963年—）是一位澳大利亞籍吹哨人。麥克布萊德揭露了澳大利亞特種部隊士兵在駐阿富汗期間殺害多名平民，並因此遭到澳大利亞司法部門以未經授權披露信息、違反澳大利亞國防法等五項罪名指控[1]，如果罪名成立，大衛或將面臨五十年的監禁。
生平
先後就讀於悉尼大學、牛津大學[2]，其在英國留學期間加入英軍，曾獲得英國陸軍少校軍銜[3]。
返回悉尼的麥克布萊德也找了幾份工作，最終他去應聘進入澳大利亞國防軍，成為一位軍事律師[3]，並於2011年、2013年兩次隨軍前往阿富汗[1][3][4][5]。其從軍期間發現、並搜集調查了自2014年到2016年間，澳大利亞士兵在阿富汗涉嫌戰爭罪行的信息。2017年，麥克布萊德因為患有創傷應激後遺症而不得不退役[1][5]。他對澳大利亞軍隊在阿富汗犯下的戰爭罪提出了內部指控，將其調查報告提供給了澳大利亞廣播公司的記者丹·奧克斯。同年7月，澳大利亞廣播公司將澳大利亞駐阿富汗士兵犯下戰爭罪行的材料公開[1][6]。
2018年9月，麥克布萊德被捕[3]。2019年3月，他又被控四項罪名[7][8][9][10][11]；2019年5月30日的聽證會上，麥克布萊德拒絕認罪[7][12]。截至2020年11月，尚未被審判[1]。
