愛爾蘭幫（英語：Irish Mob）是美國自19世紀以來便存在着黑社會組織，同時也是美國歷史最為悠久的犯罪集團之一。
愛爾蘭幫最早是由愛爾蘭前往美洲的犯罪人士組成，之後其分支團體便逐漸遍及至美國各個大型城市中（赫伯特·阿斯伯里的1927年書籍《紐約黑幫》中有描述），包括波士頓（查爾斯頓幫與冬山幫）、紐約、三藩市、紐奧良、克里夫蘭、費城、普洛威頓斯、堪薩斯城、聖路易斯、大西洋城以及芝加哥，而在加拿大蒙特利爾當地也有其轄下組織西端幫以此作為分部運作著。
愛爾蘭幫的黑手黨成員亦有於英格蘭、蘇格蘭以及愛爾蘭進行業務，包括倫敦、伯明翰、利物浦、曼徹斯特、泰恩河畔新堡、都柏林、愛丁堡與格拉斯哥都有據點持續運作著。

愛爾蘭裔美國人的街頭幫派，如死兔幫(由未來的國會議員約翰·莫里西領導)和威奧斯幫，統治了紐約的地下世界一個多世紀。然而，從1880年代和1890年代開始，他們就面臨着來自新到的意大利和猶太幫派的競爭。由保羅·凱利領導的「五點幫」在1900年代初聲名鵲起，與哈德遜Dusters幫、「地鼠幫」等同屬該時期的其他幫派相抗衡。
1900年代初，隨着意大利犯罪組織，如莫雷洛犯罪家族侵佔了海濱，各種愛爾蘭幫派聯合起來組成了「白手幫」。儘管最初成功地牽制了他們的黑手意大利對手，但不穩定的領導和內鬥最終導致了他們的垮台。Dinny Meehan, Bill Lovett和Richard Lonergan的被害導致該團伙於1925年消失。隨後，意大利黑幫成員文森特·曼加諾、艾伯特·阿納斯塔西婭和喬·阿多尼斯佔領了海濱。然而，愛爾蘭的烏合之眾在產煤的地區重新出現，並保持着強大的力量。
