窩溝封閉

窩溝封閉 (英語:fissure sealants[1][2])是一個牙醫學上為防止齲齒將窩溝封閉材料塗佈於牙冠咬合面、頰舌面的窩溝點隙上的方法。主要用於易蛀牙的兒童,在兒童換出恆臼齒後即可進行。

背景

窩溝

大牙的咬合面上凹陷的部位叫窩溝。如果窩溝非常深,食物和細菌嵌塞進去,就容易發生窩溝齲

窩溝封閉不損傷牙體組織,是一種無痛、無創傷的預防窩溝齲的方法[3] 。

窩溝封閉材料滲透進窩溝後,固化變硬,形成一層保護性的屏障,覆蓋在窩溝上。

歷史

第一次防止齲齒的嘗試是1905年米勒將硝酸銀塗到牙齒表面,以防止齲齒[4]

操作

窩溝封閉可分為清潔牙齒、酸蝕、沖洗乾燥、塗布封閉劑和固化幾個步驟。[5][6][7]

效果

窩溝封閉是預防窩溝齲的有效方法。[8]
