約翰·康拉茲（英語：John Konrads，1942年5月21日—2021年4月25日）[1]，原名亞尼斯·康拉茲（拉脫維亞語：Jānis Konrads），澳洲前游泳運動員，擅長自由泳，活躍於20世紀50年代和60年代。他在1960年夏季奧運會上獲得了男子1500米自由泳金牌。退役後，曾任歐萊雅澳大拉西亞主管。
他與妹妹伊爾薩·康拉茲（Ilsa Konrads）一起創造了多項世界紀錄，被稱為Konrad Kids。[2]
