錫馬龍河（英語：Cimarron River[3]）是美國中部一條長達1123公里的河流，流經新墨西哥州、奧克拉荷馬州突出部、科羅拉多州、堪薩斯州，在塔爾薩以西的基斯通湖注入阿肯色河。
