香港與馬來西亞關係（馬來語：Hubungan Hong Kong–Malaysia，爪夷文：هوبوڠن هونج كونج–مليسيا）是指香港特別行政區和馬來西亞的雙邊關係。在一國兩制法下，中華人民共和國負責香港的外交和國防事務。然而，香港擁有在經濟、貿易、金融和貨幣領域的自主權。[1]馬來西亞也在香港設有領事館[2]。
外交代表
香港作為中國一個特別行政區，其外交事務由位於吉隆坡的中國大使館管理[3]。香港與馬來西亞的貿易關係則由位於印度尼西亞耶加達的香港駐雅加達經濟貿易辦事處[4]和吉隆坡的香港貿易發展局管理[5]。
馬來西亞於香港的領事館位於灣仔區，[6]於1971年7月2日開始投入運作[7]。因當時香港由英國統治，而該領事館在當時和其他英聯邦國家稱為專員署[8]。1997年香港主權移交中國後，專員署便更名為總領事館，最後一位專員職稱也改為總領事[9]。
經濟關係
2010年，馬來西亞成為香港的第十大貿易夥伴，貿易總額從2009年的872億增加到1,105億港元，並在後來逐步增加，到了2013年交易額為146.5億美元[1][10]。馬來西亞在2009年也成為香港的第18大外資國，內向直接投資（IDI）股票達165億港元，而香港對馬來西亞的投資總額則達439億港元。[1]
2010年，香港成為馬來西亞第三大外商直接投資地區（FDI），一共涉及11個項目，總價值27.7億令吉，其中包括9個新項目和另外2個擴展及多元化項目。[11]馬來西亞企業在香港一共設有7個地區總部、19個地區辦事處和33個地方辦事處[1]。2012年，雙方也簽署了節稅和防止逃稅協議[12][13]。
醫療旅遊
截至2012年，來自中國（包括香港）前往馬來西亞接受醫療旅遊的遊客數量增加了一倍，從2010年的7,500人增加至15,000人[14]。
